David Haas » Managing Broker
David Haas is founder and managing broker of Ernst & Haas Management Company. David started his real estate career in the early 1990's while attending California State University, Long Beach. After a few years of brokering residential and investment property, he had the opportunity to manage some of the properties he helped broker. Seeing a need for professional real estate management in the community, David founded Ernst & Haas. Today, the firm has grown to service hundreds of clients and properties with professional management services. When David is not working or spending time with his family, he can be found sailing somewhere off the California coast. His passion for open water is matched only by his commitment to his clients and his team.
Kimberly Carrillo » Executive Office Lead
Kimberly Carrillo comes to the Ernst & Haas team with over 2 years of experience in reception work. Her background in property management has allowed her to become an efficient receptionist. In addition, her resilient spirit and positive attitude make her a great addition to our team. Kim is currently attending LBCC with hopes of receiving a degree in Communications. During her free time Kim enjoys traveling and visiting new places.
Lorenzo Alatorre » Property Supervisor
Lorenzo first joined Ernst & Haas as a Maintenance Coordinator. Because of his excellent work ethic and eagerness to learn, he was promptly promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. Lorenzo received his CHPP training and certification in 2007 and is constantly attending seminars and courses to enhance his customer service skills. Lorenzo's commitment to our clients and tenants led him to take over the Maintenance Department in 2012 in an effort to provide quick and efficient solutions in maintenance-related issues. Lorenzo has been promoted again recently to Property Supervisor because of his continued hard work. On his days off, Lorenzo enjoys sports and playing the drums and guitar.
Jaime Martin » Property Supervisor
Jaime comes to us with an extensive hands-on maintenance experience background. He first joined the Ernst & Haas team as a Maintenance Coordinator and although he thoroughly enjoyed the maintenance field, his professionalism and hard work demonstrated the potential for a Property Supervisor . He was promoted to Property Supervisor in 2004, and earned his CHPP accreditation in 2005. Jaime continues to expand his knowledge in the industry by attending dozens of continuing education courses each year. What Jaime holds most important is excellent communication with his clients. In his free time, Jaime enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 4 children. His passion is for soccer, and his team of choice is Mexico Chivas.
Salvador Lopez » Property Supervisor
Sal first joined Ernst & Haas as a Maintenance Coordinator. He was quickly recognized as a leader and demonstrated an amazing ability to connect with people. He was soon promoted to Property Supervisor where he was assigned some of the toughest and most problematic buildings. Sal was able to take on this challenge with eagerness and a desire to succeed. He obtained his CHPP certification in 2006 and continues to gain knowledge in his field by learning from the most difficult circumstances. He has an intimate understanding of the perspective of the owner since becoming an income property owner himself. In his spare time, Sal enjoys spending time with friends and family and most of all playing soccer.
Jeannine Riley » Property Supervisor
Jeannine joined Ernst & Haas as a former escrow officer of 7 years. She came to us with an extensive real estate background and a sharp eye for detail. She has a talent for making commercial tenants feel at ease with their business relocation needs and she embodies the philosophy that customer relations is the most important part of any business. Jeannine is a Property Supervisor that handles all operations of the executive suites within the company. In her free time, Jeannine enjoys culinary arts and spending quality time with her family.

Solita has been a resident of Long Beach her whole life and continues to be enchanted with the city.
Luis Hernandez » Property Supervisor
Luis joined Ernst & Haas in 2009 immediately after his relocation from Fargo, North Dakota. Luis now finds himself in an exciting urban setting and is eager to learn more about the various facets of the real estate industry. Luis, being one of our top Maintenance Coordinators, was promoted to Property Supervisor in 2011. Luis enjoys working the customer service side of the industry and is eager to learn and grow as a property management professional. Luis enjoys establishing relationships with all of the vendors, tenants, and clients he works with. He is currently working on his certification as a California Housing Professional. In his spare time, Luis enjoys networking and meeting new people in his community.

Cindy joined the Ernst & Haas team as the Front Desk Receptionist. She is a graduate of California State University of Dominguez Hills where she majored in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing Management. Cindy's educational background, positive attitude, and friendly demeanor are a great addition not only to our staff, but to those that visit our office. In addition, her customer service skills are a plus when dealing with day to day challenges. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at a non-profit, singing, hiking and traveling.

Paul Diaz » Maintenance Inspector
Paul Diaz joined the Ernst & Haas team as our new Maintenance Inspector.
This position is fairly new and duties include inspecting all units, notifying owners and supervisors of repairs, and identifying potential challenges that may affect the tenant or client. Paul looks forward to helping our property supervisors with the task of inspecting the units.
He comes to Ernst & Haas with over 4 years of experience as a property supervisor and realtor. His experience in both fields have exposed him to a wide spectrum of challenges and solutions, making him an efficient Maintenance Inspector.
During his free time, Paul enjoys barbequing and sporting events.
Angie Sandoval » Property Supervisor
Angie Sandoval joins the Ernst & Haas team with over 20 years of experience as a Property Manager, Property Supervisor and Property Director. In her previous work she was nominated as the Best Onsite Manager, Best Leasing Agent and Employee of the Year more than 3 different times for each category. Beyond her achievements and experience, Angie’s willingness to learn makes her a great addition to our team. Recently, Angie and her daughter have begun the process of becoming volunteers at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance since they are both passionate in becoming involved with their community.

Malena is originally from Quito, Ecuador and she has been all over the world.
