It’s the third Thursday in the month of August. The month is half over and that means, summer will be almost over as well. Do not be sad though, because Fall will be sure to bring more festivals and events to the City of Long Beach. Let’s enjoy our last heat wave of the summer this week. Movies On the Beach or Park: For the sixth consecutive year, Alfredo’s Beach Club is proud to bring you FREE Moonlight Movies on the Beach on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Plenty of FREE popcorn and parking! A full BBQ dinner menu as well as snacks will be available for purchase. Regal has proudly offered this free summer fun since 1991. Oh, did we mention that it’s FREE! Selected G or PG movies start at 10:00 am every Tuesday and Wednesday during the festival.
