Yvette Munoz » Maintenance Coordinator

Yvette joins the Ernst & Haas team as a Maintenance Coordinator with over 16 years of administrative and customer service experience. Prior to Ernst & Haas she worked as a dispatcher, receptionist and accounts payable assistant, among other positions. Her experience in these roles have allowed her to excel in her current position. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with her family, watching her son play baseball, and cooking.

Emma Cuellar » Property Supervisor

Emma has 11 years’ experience in property management and customer service. In her free time, she loves a good coffee with a book. Her favorite seasons of the year are fall and winter because she likes the cold and the rain.

Viviane Vieyra » Property Supervisor

Viviane joins the Ernst & Haas team with over 6 years of property management experience as an onsite apartment manager and over 3 years of customer service experience. Although she enjoyed her apartment manager position, she is motivated to be challenged on a higher level as a Property Supervisor within Ernst & Haas and is excited to be growing with the company. She continues to expand her knowledge by attending seminars and taking community college classes related to property management. Viviane enjoys spending time doing outdoor activities such as swimming, biking, and hiking.

Jacqueline Berrios » Managing Broker

Jacqueline joins Ernst & Haas with 8 years of business administration experience. She is an Irvine Valley College Graduate (IVCC ) and majored in business. Eventually, she hopes to own a lash salon. She believes that challenges make life interesting, but overcoming those challenges makes life meaningful. She enjoys learning new things, keeping herself busy, loves walks on the beach and spending time with her cat, Max.

Jannah Szeibert » Marketing Coordinator

Jannah joined Ernst & Haas as Marketing Coordinator with over 10 years of experience working in various administrative positions. The combination of skills she has acquired from her prior work experience and being a small business owner makes her a great fit for our team. Her passion is photography, which allows her to capture the essence of life and document how she sees the world through her eyes. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, good food from all cultures, traveling and going on adventures, art in all forms, and cosmology.

David Haas » Managing Broker

David Haas is founder and managing broker of Ernst & Haas Management Company. David started his real estate career in the early 1990's while attending California State University, Long Beach. After a few years of brokering residential and investment property, he had the opportunity to manage some of the properties he helped broker. Seeing a need for professional real estate management in the community, David founded Ernst & Haas. Today, the firm has grown to service hundreds of clients and properties with professional management services. When David is not working or spending time with his family, he can be found sailing somewhere off the California coast. His passion for open water is matched only by his commitment to his clients and his team.

Kimberly Carrillo » Executive Office Lead

Kimberly joined the Ernst & Haas team with over 8 years of experience in customer service. Her background in property management has allowed her to become an efficient Executive Office Lead. In addition, her resilient spirit and positive attitude make her a great addition to our team. During her free time, Kim enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs in her native town of Long Beach.

Lorenzo Alatorre » Property Supervisor

Lorenzo first joined Ernst & Haas as a Maintenance Coordinator. Because of his excellent work ethic and eagerness to learn, he was promptly promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. Lorenzo received his CHPP training and certification in 2007 and is constantly attending seminars and courses to enhance his customer service skills. Lorenzo's commitment to our clients and tenants led him to take over the Maintenance Department in 2012 in an effort to provide quick and efficient solutions in maintenance-related issues. Lorenzo has been promoted again recently to Property Supervisor because of his continued hard work. On his days off, Lorenzo enjoys sports and playing the drums and guitar.

Brianna Swift » Maintenance Coordinator

Prior to working at Ernst and Haas, Brianna held several customer service positions, a management position, and has a year of experience in property management. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management and Human Resources, and is currently a student at Cal State Long Beach pursuing a Master's degree in Business. In her free time, Brianna likes to spend time with friends and family.

Claudia Rodriguez » Property Supervisor

Claudia joins the Ernst & Haas team with over 21 years of experience in Property Management, working her way up from Receptionist to Property Supervisor. Her extensive knowledge in property management and eagerness to learn makes her a great addition to the team. Claudia loves cooking, listening to music, traveling and spending time with her family.

Jaime Martin » Property Supervisor

Jaime comes to us with an extensive hands-on maintenance experience background. He first joined the Ernst & Haas team as a Maintenance Coordinator and although he thoroughly enjoyed the maintenance field, his professionalism and hard work demonstrated the potential for a Property Supervisor . He was promoted to Property Supervisor in 2004, and earned his CHPP accreditation in 2005. Jaime continues to expand his knowledge in the industry by attending dozens of continuing education courses each year. What Jaime holds most important is excellent communication with his clients. In his free time, Jaime enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 4 children. His passion is for soccer, and his team of choice is Mexico Chivas.

Salvador Lopez » Property Supervisor

Sal first joined Ernst & Haas as a Maintenance Coordinator. He was quickly recognized as a leader and demonstrated an amazing ability to connect with people. He was soon promoted to Property Supervisor where he was assigned some of the toughest and most problematic buildings. Sal was able to take on this challenge with eagerness and a desire to succeed. He obtained his CHPP certification in 2006 and continues to gain knowledge in his field by learning from the most difficult circumstances. He has an intimate understanding of the perspective of the owner since becoming an income property owner himself. In his spare time, Sal enjoys spending time with friends and family and most of all playing soccer.

Jeannine Riley » Property Supervisor

Jeannine joined Ernst & Haas as a former escrow officer of 7 years. She came to us with an extensive real estate background and a sharp eye for detail. She has a talent for making commercial tenants feel at ease with their business relocation needs and she embodies the philosophy that customer relations is the most important part of any business. Jeannine is a Property Supervisor that handles all operations of the executive suites within the company. In her free time, Jeannine enjoys culinary arts and spending quality time with her family.

Luis Hernandez » Property Supervisor

Luis joined Ernst & Haas in 2009 immediately after his relocation from Fargo, North Dakota. Luis now finds himself in an exciting urban setting and is eager to learn more about the various facets of the real estate industry. Luis, being one of our top Maintenance Coordinators, was promoted to Property Supervisor in 2011. Luis enjoys working the customer service side of the industry and is eager to learn and grow as a property management professional. Luis enjoys establishing relationships with all of the vendors, tenants, and clients he works with. He is currently working on his certification as a California Housing Professional. In his spare time, Luis enjoys networking and meeting new people in his community.

Cindy Carrazco » Front Desk Receptionist

Cindy joined the Ernst & Haas team as the Front Desk Receptionist. She is a graduate of California State University of Dominguez Hills where she majored in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing Management. Cindy's educational background, positive attitude, and friendly demeanor are a great addition not only to our staff, but to those that visit our office. In addition, her customer service skills are a plus when dealing with day to day challenges. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at a non-profit, singing, hiking and traveling.

Carmen Sanchez » Front Desk Receptionist

Carmen comes to Ernst & Haas with over 5 years of customer service experience. She is currently working on her degree at ABC Trade School for IT Tech. Carmen is passionate about art and music. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching movies and spending time with her family and friends.

Linda Portillo » Leasing Assistant

Linda comes to Ernst and Haas with 6 years of customer service and 2 years of property management with some experience in leasing and maintenance. While attending CSULB, she received her degree in Criminal Justice and in the near future, she will be pursing her RN License. Away from work, she enjoys watching movies with her loved ones and going out on hikes.

Kayla Kuvakas » Maintenance Coordinator

Kayla joined our firm with 4 years of HVAC and Plumbing experience, where she was promoted 3 times before becoming a manager. Kayla's experience and hard work will be sure to enhance the Ernst & Haas Team. In her free time, Kayla enjoys the outdoors, baking, and spending time with her family.

Mayoka Bassell » Marketing Coordinator

Mayoka joined Ernst & Haas as our Marketing Coordinator with her bachelor’s degree in English from California State University, Northridge and more than 4 years experience in writing and customer service. She works hard to make sure Ernst & Haas is represented through advertising, social networking, community outreaches, and special campaigns. In her free time, Mayoka enjoys hanging out with family and friends, reading, running, and the company of other people.

Annette Martin » Operations Manager

Annette is our Operations Manager at Ernst & Haas. She has more than 25 years experience in handling personnel matters, with the majority of those years having worked with large corporations. In 2001, she graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Ernst & Haas is excited to have Annette on our team as her experience and proactive attitude has helped shaped the company. Annette enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family during her free time.

Octavio Lopez » Property Supervisor

Octavio first joined our team as a Maintenance Coordinator, then progressed to Maintenance Lead. As a result of his strong work ethic and proven dedication within his prior positions, he was promoted to the role of Property Supervisor. During his free time Octavio enjoys cross training, traveling, as well as spending time with his family and friends.

Frank Figueroa » Property Supervisor

Frank comes with 7 years of customer service experience working as a call center manager where his courteous demeanor has allowed him to be a great Property Supervisor. Frank is excited to learn the real estate industry and share his vast experience with our team. He is currently working on his bachelor’s degree in business administration. In his free time, Frank enjoys reading, staying active and spending time with his five nephews.

Jessica Montenegro » Leasing Coordinator

Jessica Montenegro joined our staff as Assistant to Leasing Coordinator. She comes to Ernst & Haas with more than two years’ experience in property management, having worked in administration and accounting. Jessica is currently pursuing a degree at Fullerton Community College, majoring in Criminal Justice as an Investigator. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and salsa dancing.

Paul Diaz » Maintenance Inspector

Paul Diaz joined the Ernst & Haas team as our new Maintenance Inspector.

This position is fairly new and duties include inspecting all units, notifying owners and supervisors of repairs, and identifying potential challenges that may affect the tenant or client. Paul looks forward to helping our property supervisors with the task of inspecting the units.

He comes to Ernst & Haas with over 4 years of experience as a property supervisor and realtor. His experience in both fields have exposed him to a wide spectrum of challenges and solutions, making him an efficient Maintenance Inspector.

During his free time, Paul enjoys barbequing and sporting events.

Otto Marquez » Property Inspector

Otto comes to Ernst & Haas with over 20 years’ experience as a Maintenance Director and Supervisor for senior living communities. He is well-versed in all phases of residential maintenance such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc. Otto has been married for 35 years, and has 4 kids and 5 granddaughters. In his free time, he enjoys going to church, family gatherings and playing musical instruments.

Angie Sandoval » Property Supervisor

Angie Sandoval joins the Ernst & Haas team with over 20 years of experience as a Property Manager, Property Supervisor and Property Director. In her previous work she was nominated as the Best Onsite Manager, Best Leasing Agent and Employee of the Year more than 3 different times for each category. Beyond her achievements and experience, Angie’s willingness to learn makes her a great addition to our team. Recently, Angie and her daughter have begun the process of becoming volunteers at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance since they are both passionate in becoming involved with their community.

Sabrina Arellano » Accounts Receivable

Sabrina joins Accounts Receivable with over 8 years of accounting experience. Her skills aid her in the ability to manage our large portfolio. In addition, she is a great listener who is empathetic yet respectfully firm with our tenants. What she enjoys most about the position is that she is always learning something new while staying busy. During her free time, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her children and husband.

Malena Watkins » Accounting Coordinator

Malena came in to Ernst and Haas with a long history in accounting and she currently holds two B.A.s in Business Administration and in International Finance. Prior to working for Ernst and Haas, Malena has worked for Wells Fargo and American Auction Company and to this day, she enjoys the daily challenges that comes with working in accounting. Malena is originally from Quito, Ecuador and she has been all over the world. In her free time, she enjoys trail running in the great outdoors, wine, Latin music and traveling with friends and family.

Born and raised in the Long Beach area, Maria joins Ernst and Hass with over 12 years of experience in property management. Maria loves that no two days are the same in her position; every day she is able to help solve tenants’ and owners’ problems. When Maria isn’t problem solving at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching funny movies, and traveling.

Mayra Ramirez » Maintenance Coordinator

Mayra has been working in property management since 2006. While she has experience working in many departments within the field, Mayra now enjoys working in maintenance because each day is different. When it comes to maintenance, she also enjoys having the opportunity to help solve tenant and owner issues quickly and efficiently. When she’s not working, Mayra enjoys spending time with her family, going to church, and traveling.

She strives to provide callers with superb customer service as the first point of contact in our call center. Erica is a proud mother of three children who attend college, high school and elementary school. In her spare time she enjoys a good DIY project, attending her kids sporting events, and spending time with family.

Holy Heng » Leasing Assistant

Holy joins Ernst and Haas Management Co. with a collective background ranging from non-profit community organizing, education, restaurant/hospitality to overall customer service. She is a recent graduate from Cal State Long Beach University with a Bachelors in Environmental Science and Policy, with high hopes to further pursue her educational background.

With her skills and experience, she is a great addition to the team and exceptionally fulfills the day-to-day general office operation. Holy has a bold and adventurous spirit which translates into her interest in nature, music, trying new foods, hanging with friends and traveling.

Anna joined Ernst and Haas as a Front Desk Receptionist after working 3 years as a Teacher’s Assistant, where she handled various administrative duties. Her administrative skills have allowed her to become an exceptional receptionist. Raquel first joined our team as a Receptionist she then moved to the maintenance department as a Maintenance Coordinator before being promoted to Front Office Lead. Her front office experience and procedural knowledge of multiple departments, including experience in maintenance, makes her a good fit for this position. Raquel is passionate about photography, enjoys live music experiences and watching movies.

Sidney Cubero » Property Supervisor

Sidney comes to Ernst and Haas with over 20 years’ experience in real estate. He began his career in real estate finance, and eventually transitioned into sales. He has a strong background in construction project management and rehabilitated properties. His experience managing portfolios has been a mix of single family residences, as well as large multi-unit buildings. He loves to travel with his family and enjoys fishing.

Guadalupe comes to Ernst & Haas with over 21 years of administrative and customer service experience. In her free time, she likes to have BBQs with her family, play softball, and whenever possible, she loves swimming in lakes, rivers, and the ocean.

She is currently working on her degree at Long Beach City College in Business Administration. Krystale joined the Ernst and Haas team with over 10 years of experience in property management. Krystale has worked in several departments including reception, maintenance, and accounting.
