Finding the Right Resident

"Leasing the property"
The property isn't rented until the lease is signed and funds are received.
- Comprehensive move-in conference where a customized lease is reviewed and executed
- Resident is furnished with an instructional packet providing important information to assist them in settling in.
- We perform a move-in inspection at the property within 24 hours of lease signing to ensure that the residents are off on the "right foot"
- We take scores of digital Move-in and Move-out photos to ensure proper documentation of the condition of the property to mitigate disputes.

Inspection Services
The interior inspection is one of the most valuable services we offer. We try to do a formal and comprehensive interior inspection of every home we manage at least once annually. During this process your property supervisor checks to make sure that the residents are abiding by the lease and that there are no serious threats to the value of the property. The supervisor checks for such things as unauthorized pets or residents, potential maintenance issues, lease violations and hazardous conditions. In addition, we perform exterior inspections each month.
